I tried using the promo code at checkout, but the discount never applied. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for fixing it—the site, the promo provider, or customer support. I just wanted to use the offer, but ended up feeling passed around with no clear owner of the issue.

I tried to place my order, but the site froze twice right at checkout, and then my whole cart disappeared. I even had a couple of specific items picked out and had to go back to find them again. it was such a hassle that I don’t think I’ll order from here again...

I tried Biosteel a few different times and... yeah, my stomach just didn’t seem to like it. Each time I ended up feeling kind of bloated and crampy, just off, you know? Not super painful exactly, but uncomfortable enough that I didn’t want to keep dealing with it for hours afterward. I really wanted to like it too, but for me it just wasn’t worth it. Maybe it’s totally fine for other people, but for my stomach, no.

I really wanted to like this, but it just wouldn’t mix properly no matter what I tried. Every time I made it, it came out clumpy and had this weird gritty texture that made it hard to drink. On top of that, the constant reminders to reorder felt aggressive and annoying, especially when I wasn’t even happy with the product

I do like a few of the BioSteel drinks, but the pricing feels kind of just okay to me. Every now and then there’s a decent sale, which helps, but most of the time I feel like I can find something similar for less somewhere else. It’s not bad or anything, just... I don’t know, the value isn’t really there for me...

I expected something that felt a little cleaner ingredient-wise, but the list seemed more processed and sweeter than I personally like. The taste is fine, so I can see why some people enjoy it, but based on what I thought I was getting, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I’ve been using BioSteel here and there, and I do like that it has no sugar and the calories is low, so it fits in well with the stuff I usually drink. The electrolytes is nice after a workout too. Some of the flavors tastes a little too sweet for me though, and I wish they had clearer info about a few of the ingredients. It’s not bad at all, just not something that really wowed me. I’d probably grab it again if it was on sale.

I went on biosteel.com expecting to find a decent mix of flavors and product options, but it felt limited. A few things I was looking for either weren’t there or were weirdly hard to track down, and it got old having to keep explaining to myself why I couldn’t just find what I needed.

Every time I go to order something I actually want, it’s out of stock. It’s gotten frustrating because it feels like I’m the one who has to keep checking back and figuring it out, instead of them keeping things available or giving better updates

I’m giving it 2 stars because the shipping itself was fine and arrived in a reasonable time, but the order was wrong. I got a different flavor than the one I chose, and one of the items was missing completely. I ended up having to email support and wait for it to get sorted out, which was annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but i just expected to receive what I ordered.

My order got here looking rough. The box was crushed on one side and barely taped shut, and of course it showed up right when I actually needed the stuff, so the timing made it even more frustrating.

When I opened it, the tubs were just loose inside with barely any padding. One of the lids was cracked, and there was powder all over the other items, which was a mess to deal with.

I know shipping can be unpredictable, and maybe it just had bad luck in transit, but it still felt like it wasn’t packed with much care. For the price, I expected it to arrive in better shape
